Vicki Rhodes, Business Office Administrator

Vicki is a Hot Springs native and graduate of National Park Community College. She has 20 + years of experience in therapeutic administration with extensive knowledge in billing, credentialing, insurance claims, scheduling and overall management of therapeutic services involving occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), and speech therapy (ST). She possesses a strong personal commitment to ensure the best customer service experience for our patients at Rise Rehabilitation.

Christi graduated from Northeastern State University in 1995 with her Masters of Education in Speech Language Pathology. She has worked in long term care, outpatient therapy, rehabilitation, developmental disabilities center and the public school system throughout her nearly 30-year career. Her certifications include American Speech Language Hearing Association, Arkansas Board of Examiners in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology, 

Arkansas Speech Language Hearing Association, English as a Second Language and American Red Cross CPR. Christi specializes in motor speech disorders, assistive technology, neurological and developmental disorders.

Kassi Talbot, MS OTR/L

Kassi established Rise Rehabilitation in 2024. As the owner and treating therapist, she is excited to expand this outpatient therapy clinic to fulfill the needs of clients in the Hot Springs community and surrounding areas. Kassi graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2012 with her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has worked in long term care (serving as rehab director) and outpatient therapy, providing 13 years of therapeutic intervention to individuals ranging in age from birth to the elderly.  Her certifications include the Arkansas Board of Occupational Therapy, National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and American Red Cross CPR. Kassi has extensive training through the American Hippo Therapy Association using the movement of a horse for therapeutic intervention, Musgutova's Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (MNRI), along with expertise in Neurological and Orthopedic Rehabilitation with emphasis on upper extremity function.

Lora is a 2001 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. She is a licensed Physical Therapist through the Arkansas Board of Physical therapy with 24 years of clinical experience in orthopedic, musculoskeletal and neurologic rehabilitation.  Lora has worked with a diverse patient population—from post-operative joint replacements (TKA / THA), varying spinal surgeries / procedures, plantar fasciitis and trochanteric bursitis, to individuals recovering from stroke and other complex neurological conditions. She also enjoys treating patients with generalized weakness, back/hip/knee pain and balance deficits. Known for her patient-centered approach, Lora combines manual therapy techniques, modality use, functional training, and neuromuscular re-education to optimize recovery and restore mobility. Lora is passionate about helping clients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Christa Cook, PT DPT

Christa earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2011 and brings over 14 years of diverse clinical experience. Her background includes outpatient orthopedics, acute care, long term care, pediatrics (in both outpatient and home settings) along with working in the public-school systems. She is passionate about helping individuals of all ages enhance their functional mobility and achieve pain-free movement. Christa takes a personalized and compassionate approach to care focusing on empowering each patient to reach their highest level of physical function and confidence. Her clinical interests consist of the following: 

  • Adolescents: Improving body awareness, coordination and functional strength to support healthy growth and development. 
  • Athletes: Facilitating performance optimization and injury prevention through targeted mobility, flexibility and strength training. 
  • Adults: Guiding recovery from orthopedic surgeries (particularly knees and shoulders), addressing neck and shoulder pain, promoting balance, and improving overall strength and endurance. 

Overall, Christa finds joy in helping her patients move well, feel better and engage in the activities they love with confidence and ease.
